Joe Fiorelli consults with executive management to improve organizational effectiveness in challenging business environments. He has contributed to the success of major companies including: Rockwell International; Corning Inc.; and  National Semiconductor. He has redesigned management processes within complex organizations to insure maximum human performance throughout major transformational change (i.e., redesign, mergers, acquisitions and major restructuring).  Joe has successfully implemented organizational change and quality improvement strategies in a wide variety of industries including: consumer products, high technology, energy, government, petrochemical, health care, manufacturing and higher education.  An experienced corporate Vice President and Senior Executive at a "Big 5" consulting firm, he formed Excellencebydesign.org and Joe Fiorelli.com™  to enable senior executives to design excellence into their organizations by building their internal capability to manage change.

Joe earned his Ph.D. in Organization Design and Development and has published numerous articles in the areas of Large Systems Change; Business Process Reengineering/Redesign; and Management & Organization Design.  He is a frequent invited speaker at professional seminars on the strategic use of HR to design High Performance Organizations.  Widely recognized as a thought leader, he has served as a peer reviewer for numerous professional journals including: The Organization Development Journal, published by the OD Institute; The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, published by National Training Labs (NTL); and Consulting Psychology, published by the American Psychological Association (APA).
